COPPER PIN TERMINAL (NON-INSULATED)

A Copper Pin Terminal (Non-Insulated) is a solderless electrical connector used to terminate stranded copper conductors into a solid pin shape. It is manufactured from high-conductivity electrolytic copper and is typically electro-tin plated to improve corrosion resistance and conductivity. The terminal is crimped onto the conductor using a suitable crimping tool and inserted into screw terminals, terminal blocks, connectors, or control equipment.

Applications
Non-insulated copper pin terminals are widely used in:
• Electrical control panels
• Power distribution boards
• Industrial automation systems
• Switchgear and control gear
• PLC and instrumentation wiring
• Electrical machinery and equipment
• Renewable energy systems (solar and wind)
• Building electrical installations
• HVAC systems
